Project idea (in English)

The project will involve the construction of the European Cultural Centre building at the Niegocin Lake, located on the commune beach in Wilkasy. The building will function as cultural. There will be the exhibition hall where artists from various fields will be invited to present their work: eg. architecture, film, photography, computer games, graphics, comics, literature, painting, music, pantomime, performance, perfume, sculpture, internet art, street art, applied arts (eg. jewelry, ceramics, furniture, weaving, theater, video, industrial design from around the world). The building will be equipped with sanitary facilities and social rooms. The building will be equipped with a large viewing terrace which will allow to cherrish all of the charms of the surrounding area such as, among others, the Niegocin Lake or the events in the adjacent amphitheater. The project implementation will enrich the tourist offer with a new product, both for locals and tourists.
