Project idea (in English)

Two model timber houses will be built: one in Czarna Woda (Pomorskie Region) and one in Kaliningrad - in order to demonstrate and promote the advantages of energy - efficient buildings. The houses (37 m2 each) will be constructed from STEICO materials: STEICO's expertise has enabled the development of an expanding range of natural, timber and sustainable building and insulation solutions. The wooden, energy - efficient buildings in Poland and Russia should become a lifestyle product with consumers becoming increasingly knowledgeable about the benefits of healthy living, sustainability and envionment protection. The Project amounts to EUR 300.000 for each partner (Timber Association in Czarna Woda and Kaliningrad Partner). The budget may be changed.
