Informational meeting for local/regional governments in Olsztyn

On 19th April 2018, the Main Information Point of the European Funds in Olsztyn organized a meeting at the Hotel Park, which was attended by 15 people. During the event, information on possibilities of obtaining funds from the European Union was provided. The representative of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 presented information about the Programme and the ongoing Call for proposals. Answers to the participants’ questions were also provided.

We would like to invite all beneficiaries of the European Funds to take part in the Open Days of the European Funds (ODEF). This year ODEF will take place between 11th and 13th May. The event involves beneficiaries of the EU funds who will open their doors for the public.

1st Call for Proposals – announcement note

The Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 would like to launch the 1st Call for Proposals within the Programme. Total indicative Programme allocation available for this Call is 41,416,888.64 EUR. The Call is opened for all priorities of the Programme: Priority 1. Cooperating on historical, natural and cultural heritage for their preservation and cross-border development (allocation 12 097 756,55 EUR); Priority 2. Cooperation for the clean natural environment in the cross-border area (allocation 17 348 198,28 EUR); Priority 3. Accessible regions and sustainable cross-border transport and communication (allocation 6 188 201,05 EUR); Priority 4. Joint actions for border efficiency and security (allocation 5 782 732,76 EUR).

II meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee – Large Infrastructure Projects selected

On 15-16 March 2018, the 2nd meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 was held in Białystok. The most important decisions taken during the meeting concern the selection of the Large Infrastructure Projects, the approval of the Indicative Plan of the Programme Activities for 2018 and the approval of the Technical Assistance Multiannual Budget.

Take part in a survey to capture the provision of cross-border public services in Europe

The ESPON 2020 Cooperation Programme is currently undertaking a study on the territorial dimension of the provision of cross-border public services (CPS) in Europe. The objective of this study is to provide an overview of main features of CPS provision at EU borders, to highlight potential territorial problems related to CPS provision and to identify future needs in this field.
