The Committee consists of the representatives of the Ministry of the Economic Development of the Republic of Poland, three Polish voivodeships: Warminsko-Mazurskie, Pomorskie, Podlaskie, the Baltic and Neman Euroregions as well as the representatives of the Russian national authorities and the regional government of the Kaliningrad region. A delegate of the European Commission also attended the meeting and played the advisory role as the Programme Observer.

Starting from the 6 of May 2016, the draft of the Programme Document as well as the Programme Strategic Environmental Impact Assesment will be published (on-line) in order to hold public consultations on that matter. All interested people are kindly invited to take part in them and submit their opinion.

After detailed consideration of all the comments submitted during the consultation process, the Poland-Russia Programme Document is going to be submitted to the European Commission for approval. The first call for proposals is planned to be launched in 2017.
