At the request of the TESIM project, that provides technical support to the implementation and management of the European Neighbourhood Instrument programs on behalf of the European Commission, Joint Technical Secretariat invites existing and potential partners to determine their needs within preparation for the forthcoming call for proposals (according to the assumptions of the Managing Authority: in 2017).
