To reach that objective beneficiaries plan to adapt premises of Elk Culture Center for the purpose of photography and music studios and the gallery. On the Russian side, the roof of Tilsit-Theatre will be repaired. The project activities will be directed to the residents of Elk and Sovetsk, with special focus on children and youth who will participate in activities designed to suit their needs and preferences. The partners will also organise activities directed to the general audience, regardless of their age. The partners will try to develop joint activities that would become tourist products in future, enhancing cultural tourism and affecting both sides of the border.
