We would like to inform you that if within the projects, beneficiaries signed the contract regarding public procurement – in accordance with the principle of competitiveness – it is possible to make a significant change in this contract.

On the occasion of the International Earth Day (the 22nd of April), contraction of the projects approved within the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 in the Thematic Objective "Environment" and celebration of the 30th anniversary of Interreg, we organise an art contest for students in 6,7 and 8th grade level of the primary schools for preparation of the most interesting image related to the title of the competition "Ecology without borders" and its purposes. In addition, each participant will have to come up with a slogan that is relevant to the topic of the prepared image.

We would like to inform that on 10th of April 2020 the office of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 will be closed.

The current state of the epidemic (SARS-CoV-2), in the opinion of the Managing Authority, can be qualified as a force majeure, i.e. an exceptional situation not resulting from reasons attributable to the contracting authority, which he could not foresee. Therefore, it is possible to exclude the application of the principle of competitiveness in the framework of contracts necessary to counteract the effects of COVID-19 due to the required immediate performance of the contract or the need for an immediate award.

We would like to inform that on the 13th of March 2020 the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme approved the updated version of the Programme Manual Part II – Implementation

We would like to inform you that due to spreading of the coronavirus COVID-19, we decided that most of the JTS staff will be working remotely. Additionally, we want to ensure you that you can reach us during normal working hours of the Secretariat. However, some of us will have no access to the office phones.
