Dear Beneficiaries, In the wake of the the current epidemic threat and its negative impact on the implementation of the projects under the European Neighborhood Instrument programmes, we would like to inform you that the Managing Authority will take into account the exceptional and unforeseen circumstances caused by the above during assessing projects implementation.

We would like to invite you to participate in the Polish-Russian Local Governance Forum, which will be held on 2-4 April 2020 in Warsaw. The event is organised by the WOT Foundation with the support of the Centre for Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding.

On 26 February 2020, the first meeting of the Joint Programming Committee for the preparation of the new edition of the Interreg Poland-Russia 2021-2027 Programme, was held in Kaliningrad.

Would you like to take part in European projects and support cooperation in the European Union and beyond? If you are younger than 31 and older than 18, and you come from the European Country or its partner countries, you can become a volunteer within the initiative “Interreg Volunteer Youth”.

We would like to kindly inform you that the preparations of the future Programme edition, for years 2021-2027 have already started. New Programme will be implemented within the framework of the "European Territorial Cooperation" objective of the European Cohesion policy (so-called Interreg) and the new Neighbourhood, International Cooperation and Development Instrument that shall replace current European Neighbourhood Instrument.

Please be informed that we added template of the contract between the beneficiary and the auditor to our Programme website. The template is available in the tab: "For Beneficiaries” – "Documents for beneficiaries".

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 conducted training events regarding project implementation for the beneficiaries of the projects approved within the TO „Heritage” and the Large Infrastructure Projects.

Please be informed that the Programme Manual Part I – Applicant and the Programme Manual Part II – Project Implementation have been updated. Both versions are available in two tabs: "For Beneficiaries” – "Documents for beneficiaries" and "Call for proposals” – „Documents". The previous versions of the documents were transferred to the archive.
