On the 9th February 2021, the next edition of the RegioStars 2021 contest, organised by the European Commission annually, has just started. If your project received co-financing from the European Union, it is innovative and demonstrates new approaches in regional development – this competition is for you!

We would like to remind you that the Act on Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019, in force from 1 January 2021, did not change the rules for conducting the procedure of awarding contracts with an estimated value exceeding 50,000 PLN net, and at the same time lower than 130.000 PLN net, i.e. excluding value added tax (VAT) in the ETC and ENI programmes.

We would like to inform that on 24th and 31st of December 2020 the office of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 will be closed

The Annual Event of the Programme "Ecology without borders" took place yesterday. This time, due to the pandemic situation, the meeting was held online. Despite its different form, the event attracted a lot of interest. About 80 attendees took part in the Annual Event of the Programme, including representatives of Polish and Russian national, regional and local authorities, non-governmental organisations, research institutions as well as the beneficiaries of the Programme
