POLAND-RUSSIA Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014–2020
Please be informed that according to article 41.4 of the ENI CBC IRs, LIPs to be selected through a direct award procedure have to undergo a two-step selection procedure:
- evaluation of the Project Summary, and
- evaluation of the Full Application Form.
To the second step of the procedure will be invited only projects approved by the European Commission based on the Project Summary.
The detailed application and implementation process for Large Infrastructure Projects has been described in the document “Large Infrastructure Projects application and implementation process”.
Beneficiaries of Large Infrastructure Projects indicated in chapter 4.4 of the Joint Operational Programme are requested to fill in the Project Summary for their projects and submit them (one signed and stamped paper version together with the electronic WORD version) to the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Lithuania-Poland-Russia ENPI CBC Programme 2007-2013 till 30th November 2016 at the latest at the following address:
