We would like to inform you that after completing each of the assessment stage and receiving from the Joint Technical Secretariat an official notification about its results, you will be able to use the appeal procedure set out in section 4.5 of the Programme Manual Part I - Applicant.

The MA shall be responsible for handling the complaint. Therefore, all complaints shall be submitted to the MA via the JTS not later than 21 calendar days (as evidenced by the date of dispatch, the postmark or the date of the deposit slip) after the respective letter from the JTS was sent by e-mail or fax. Any complaint submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

The MA shall answer within 45 calendar days of receipt of the complaint by e-mail (which should be followed by the regular mail). MA’s reply to the appeal represents the final decision regarding the application.
