POLAND-RUSSIA Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014–2020
The Joint Technical Secretariat and the Managing Authority of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 welcomed a CBC Expert from the Managing Authority of the Kolarctic Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 for study visit on exchange of practices between EU-Russia ENI CBC Programmes. The visit was organised with support of TAIEX REGIO PEER 2 PEER Programme.
The Kolarctic CBC Programme 2014-2020 is the financing programme for supporting cooperation between North Calotte and North-West Russia. This Programme is co-financed by the EU, Finland, Norway, the Russian Federation and Sweden.
In the framework of the study visit the experts of both programmes shared knowledge, experiences and best practices on such important issues as monitoring and evaluation systems used by both Programmes, risk management system, introduction and maintenance of the Programmes’ output and result indicators as well as practices on how to collect, monitor and report the indicators during the Programmes and projects implementation. Moreover, during the exchange the CBC expert from Kolarctic visited one Large Infrastructure Project in Malbork and two regular projects in Olsztynek and Elblag selected for financing in the 1st Call for Proposals of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme.
To enhance the cooperation between the Poland-Russia CBC Programme and the Kolarctic CBC Programme the follow-up study visit of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme experts to the Managing Authority of the Kolarctic CBC Programme will be organised in May 2019.
