POLAND-RUSSIA Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014–2020
On 26 April 2019 at the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad, the conference "Promotion of the local culture within the Poland-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020" was held. The event was organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Programme within the Polish Culture Festival, which took place on 26-27 April 2019. Over 50 participants from Poland and Russia took part in this event.
The conference began with speeches by Ms Svetlana Sivkova, General Director of the World Ocean Museum, Mr Leszek Buller, Director of the Center of European Projects, Ms Anna Nowakowska, Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Kaliningrad and Ms Ałła Ivanova, Minister-Head of the Agency for International Affairs and Regional Cooperation. After the official part was completed, the beneficiaries presented projects regarding cultural heritage that were selected by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme.
