We invite you to vote for Polish projects taking part in the REGIOSTARS Awards 2019 competition! 2019-06-18, Category: Programme news

In the European Commission competition promoting innovative projects co-financed from the European Union among 199 projects from all over Europe, there are over 20 projects implemented by Polish beneficiaries. To vote for the most interesting projects from Poland, there is a deadline till July 9, 2019, when the finalists of this year's awards will be announced.

Polish projects compete in all competition categories:

• Promoting digital transformation
• Connecting green, blue and gray
• Combatting inequalities and poverty
• Building climate-resilient cities
• Topic of the year 2019: Modernising health services

We particularly encourage you to vote for territorial cooperation projects. In the topic of the year 2019 category: Modernising health services, 3 projects of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland - Belarus - Ukraine 2014-2020 were submitted:

1. Healthy Polish-Ukrainian Borderland
2. PL-BY Modern Medical Care
3. Treatment of Extensive Burn Injuries.

The prizes are: a promotional film about the project and the REGIOSTARS 2019 cup and certificate. The winners will be announced during the gala during the European Week of Regions and Cities in October 2019.

All finalists will  be invited to Brussels for training in July 2019, and their projects will be included in the database of best practices, published on the InfoRegio website.
