POLAND-RUSSIA Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014–2020
Every year, the Poland-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 celebrates the European Cooperation Day. This time, due to the pandemic, we cannot ride a bike together, however, we would like to invite you to participate in an alternative form of the event, which is the virtual bike ride "Poland-Russia".
The event is organised on 18-27 September 2020 on the occasion of the European Cooperation Day (ECDay) and 30 years of Interreg.
The rules of participation are very simple. You have to own a functional bicycle and ride at least 10 km within one day in the Programme area. Distance must be measured with an appropriate activity tracking app. During the bike ride, the participants will have to take a picture of themselves „selfie” that will promote the Poland-Russia Programme and cross-border cooperation.
To take part in the event, please become acquainted with the rules of the ride and complete a registration form, which is available under the following link: https://plru.eu/en/event-register. Registration starts today and finishes on 9 September 2020. Number of places is limited!
Those who cover the longest distance will receive the main prizes. We also plan award a few special prizes for the best selfies presenting a cooperation and promote the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020.
