Awarding contracts within a project before announcing the call for proposals in the perspective 2021-2027

If you plan to apply or you are currently preparing your project idea, this information is vital for you.

Please be informed that before the first call for proposal in the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 is announced, you shall make your contract’s announcement available under a specific number:

• 21.27.00-IZ.00-00-001/21

Please remember!

The title of the call for proposal, in the part implemented by you, should refer to financial perspective 2021-2027.

Until the programme is launched and first call for proposal announced awards shall be granted in line with the rules of competitiveness. Rules are described in the documents for the perspective 2014-2020.

This will ensure that any control and audit will not claim such awards as ineligible, if the project will get the co-financing.
