Please be informed that the Programme Manual Part I – Applicant and the Programme Manual Part II – Project Implementation have been updated. Both versions are available in two tabs: "For Beneficiaries” – "Documents for beneficiaries" and "Call for proposals” – „Documents". The previous versions of the documents were transferred to the archive.

Meeting of the Northern Cluster during the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe

On 29-31 October 2019, the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe was held in Strasbourg. During this event, programmes implemented at the external borders of the European Union, especially 7 cross-border cooperation programmes of the Northern Cluster, in which the Russian Federation is a partner (Kolarctic, Karelia, South-East Finland-Russia, Estonia-Russia, Latvia-Russia, Lithuania-Russia, Poland-Russia), were presented.

Projects approved within the thematic objectives “Environment” and “Accessibility”!

On 17-18 October, the meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 took place in Worliny (Poland). The main purpose of this meeting was an approval of the projects submitted within the 1st Call for Proposals in thematic objectives: “Environment” and “Accessibility”.

All the Grant Contracts under thematic objective “Heritage” signed!

The Lead Beneficiaries of all the 12 projects selected for co-financing by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Programme 2014-2020 under TO “Heritage” have signed the Grant Contracts with the Managing Authority of the Programme. Total value of the signed contracts amounts to 14.706.972,00 EUR, out of which the Programme co-financing states 13.235.153,81 EUR.

On 1-2 October 2019, a Polish-Russian conference "International cooperation – necessity and opportunity" took place in Gołdap. The meeting was attended by representatives of the local governments, non-governmental organisations, journalists, diplomats, as well as foresters and policemen from Poland and Russia.

Cross-border bike ride ‘Poland-Russia’

On the 20th and 21st of September 2019, a cross-border bike ride took place. It was organised by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 together with the Association of Active Tourism Center ‘KOŁODROM’. In this way, the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 joined the celebration of this year’s 8th edition of the European Cooperation Day (ECDay). The main objective of the bike ride was to present the achievements of European regions and countries cooperating beyond national borders. The events related to the celebration of ECDay were organised as a part of programmes of territorial cooperation in over 30 countries.
