The competition targets students in 6,7 and 8th grade level of the primary schools and concerns the preparation of an image related to the title of the competition "Ecology without borders" and its purposes. In addition, each participant must come up with a slogan that is relevant to the topic of the prepared image

Project partners set themselves the goal of increasing the living standard of the inhabitants and economic development of the region based on the use of the potential of historical and natural heritage in the field of tourism. The project is directed to the tourists visiting Giżycko and Sovetsk as well as to the local population who will find new jobs in tourism sector.

Information for Polish beneficiaries regarding the possibility of excluding the principle of competitiveness when awarding contracts in projects in connection with force majeure (COVID-19)

The current state of the epidemic (SARS-CoV-2), in the opinion of the Managing Authority, can be qualified as a force majeure, i.e. an exceptional situation not resulting from reasons attributable to the contracting authority, which he could not foresee. Therefore, it is possible to exclude the application of the principle of competitiveness in the framework of contracts necessary to counteract the effects of COVID-19 due to the required immediate performance of the contract or the need for an immediate award.
