Museums over the borders. Stage II

Project "Museums over the borders” promotes the historical and cultural heritage of warmińsko-mazurskie voivodeship and the Kaliningrad Oblast. The project implemented within the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Programme 2007-2013 was based on cooperation between the Museum of Archaeology and History in Elblag and Museum ‘The Friedland Gate’ in Kaliningrad.

Survey on preparation of the Programme for years 2021-2027

We would like to kindly inform you that the preparations of the future Programme edition, for years 2021-2027 have already started. New Programme will be implemented within the framework of the "European Territorial Cooperation" objective of the European Cohesion policy (so-called Interreg) and the new Neighbourhood, International Cooperation and Development Instrument that shall replace current European Neighbourhood Instrument.

Please be informed that the Programme Manual Part I – Applicant and the Programme Manual Part II – Project Implementation have been updated. Both versions are available in two tabs: "For Beneficiaries” – "Documents for beneficiaries" and "Call for proposals” – „Documents". The previous versions of the documents were transferred to the archive.

On the 7th – 8th of November 2019 a scientist conference “Europe of Families. 15 yeast of Poland in the European Union” took place. Conference was participated by representatives of local and regional authorities, non-governmental organizations, diplomats and beneficiaries of realized projects within cross-border cooperation programmes.

Meeting of the Northern Cluster during the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe

On 29-31 October 2019, the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe was held in Strasbourg. During this event, programmes implemented at the external borders of the European Union, especially 7 cross-border cooperation programmes of the Northern Cluster, in which the Russian Federation is a partner (Kolarctic, Karelia, South-East Finland-Russia, Estonia-Russia, Latvia-Russia, Lithuania-Russia, Poland-Russia), were presented.
