The main objective is to contribute to the development of cultural tourism in the cross-border territory (Kaliningrad region and Warmia and Mazury voivodeship) by improving the quality of services. Implemented project will unite two institutions that have a common historical episode, but which have never worked together before. As a result of the project, both beneficiaries will be able to improve the attractiveness and accessibility of their facilities to increase the number of visitors and tourists, develop new modern tourist products and personalize and promote the experience of adapting historical sites to the tourist industry. The project contain revitalisation of a part of the Kaliningrad zoo area (landscaping, major repairs of a part of the fence, construction of a fence) and construction of the warehouse with exposition in Olsztynek (a copy of the stable from the Tolkiny farm complex with the infrastructure and exhibition part open to the public).
