Идея проекта (на английском языке)

I. Theme: the Creation of a model energy-efficient buildings (energy-efficient) ground and demonstration area for the use of renewable sources of energy, passive house model, the application of clean technologies in the construction of cross-border cooperation region (RPS). II. Project objective. Formation of a sustainable positive attitude to renewable energy sources and implementation of design solutions for the use of clean technologies in the construction of the authorities and energy users. III. The essence of the project: Implementation of the model of an innovative object – an energy-efficient building with the introduction of clean technologies and demonstration of energy-efficient solutions. IV. Activities of the project partners from Kaliningrad 1. Realization of research. 2. Development of virtual prototypes of systems based on design solutions. 3. Testing of implemented projects, evaluation of the effectiveness of experimental solutions. 4. Development of methodology for the use of renewable energy sources and passive and smart home technologies. 5. Formation of networks of developers and producers of energy efficient complexes, clean technologies and renewable energy solutions. 6. Creation of the system support center for participants of networks of developers and manufacturers of energy efficient complexes, clean technologies and renewable energy solutions, structural divisions of partners. 7. Development and promotion of information and communication system (ICS) of energy efficient complexes, clean technologies and renewable energy solutions with trade, exhibition, presentation and communication, project and information electronic platforms. 8. Creation and implementation of a system of presentation practice of energy efficient complexes, clean technologies and renewable energy solutions using ICS. 9. Establishment of a virtual international (cross-border) clean technology centre, partner structural units 10. Ensuring a system of exchange of experience in the field of clean technologies 11. Training of design staff, specialists of energy and construction companies and municipal employees.
