The trainings and individual consultations for applicants of the Large Infrastructure Projects (LIPs) were conducted on 27th April and 4th May 2017 in Olsztyn and in Kaliningrad

The Joint Technical Secretariat organized practical trainings for potential beneficiaries and partners of Large Infrastructure Projects from Poland and Russia, which were conducted on 27th April in Olsztyn (Poland) and on 4th May in Kaliningrad (Russia). Almost 40 participants representing various institutions, involved in preparation of Large Insfrastructure Projects, planned for implementation within the Programme, took part in the trainings. Participants represented potential beneficiaries of the Programme from such Polish cities as Malbork, Nowy Dwór Gdański, Gdańsk, Tolkmicko, Olsztyn and Russian Kaliningrad Oblast.

The Joint Technical Secretariat is organizing practical trainings for future beneficiaries and partners of Large Infrastructure Projects. The trainings are going to take place on: 27th April 2017 – premises of the Joint Technical Secretariat, 14 Głowackiego Street, 10-448 Olsztyn, Poland; 4th May 2017 – premises of the Ibis Hotel, 52 Moskovsky Prospect, Kaliningrad Oblast.

Poland-Russia 2014-2020 – First meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee

The inaugural meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 took place on 23rd March 2017 in Yantarny (Kaliningrad Oblast). The JMC members took important decisions for the proper implementation of the Programme. The Rules of Procedure of the JMC were approved and the documents crucial for launching the first call for proposals were discussed. Much attention was paid to the Programme Manual (part 1. Applicant), which was prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development (Managing Authority of the Programme) and the Joint Technical Secretariat. The Programme Manual contains all information necessary for future applicants to prepare joint Polish-Russian projects. A new solution for the beneficiaries, who are familiar with the Lithuania-Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2007-2013, is the way of submitting the applications, which will be prepared and submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat in electronic forms only. The launch of the first call for proposals is planned for July 2017.

Dear Beneficiaries of Large Infrastructure Projects to be implemented within Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020, According to Art. 41 of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 897/2014 of 18 August 2014 laying down specific provisions for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument and chapter 4.4 of the Joint Operational Programme Poland-Russia 2014-2020, including an indicative list of Large Infrastructure Projects that may be awarded through the direct award procedure, please find electronic version the LIP Project Summary Form.
