Please be informed that annexes to the Programme Manual Part I - Applicant have been translated into Polish and Russian. Workshops for the potential beneficiaries and partners of the Large Infrastructure Projects were conducted on 27th July and 1st August in Olsztyn and in Kaliningrad

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Programme 2014-2020 organized the practical workshops for future beneficiaries and partners of the Large Infrastructure Projects from Poland and Russia, which were conducted on 27th July in Olsztyn (Poland) and on 1st August in Kaliningrad (Russia). 35 participants representing various institutions, whose Project Summaries were approved by the European Commission, took part in the workshops. At this moment in time, potential beneficiaries and partners prepare the Full Application Forms, which have to be submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat, at the latest on 31st August 2017.

Workshops regarding preparation of the projects within the Poland-Russia Programme 2014-2020

On 18th July 2017, the workshops regarding preparation of the projects within the Poland-Russia Programme 2014-2020 were organized by the “Euroregion Niemen” Association. Almost 40 participants took part in the meeting, including the representatives of the local/regional authorities and NGOs located in Ełcki, Suwalski and Białostocki subregions from the Polish side and from the Kaliningrad Oblast of the Russian Federation.

Workshops for the potential beneficiaries and partners of the Large Infrastructure Projects – preparation of the Full Application Form

The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) would like to invite all potential beneficiaries and partners of the Large Infrastructure Projects (LIPs), whose Project Summaries were approved by the European Commission, to the workshops on preparation of the Full Application Form. The training sessions are going to take place on: 27th July 2017 – premises of the Eranova, 3 Obrońców Tobruku Street in Olsztyn, 1st August 2017 – in the Kaliningrad Oblast (a venue is to be confirmed).

Guidelines for feasibility study and Metrics of Project Output and Result Indicators of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020

We would like to inform all potential beneficiaries that the Guidelines for feasibility study were prepared and approved. At the same time, please remember that in case of projects including an infrastructure component equal to at least 1 million EUR value each, the Beneficiaries shall submit full feasibility study in national languages – Polish or Russian together with the brief description in English. For the infrastructure component less than 1 million EUR, but higher than 50 000 EUR the brief feasibility study is required and shall be provided in the relevant place of the application form. Simultaneously, please be informed that the Metrics of Project Output and Result Indicators of the Programme were also prepared.
