Updated versions of the Supplement to the Programme Manuals and the template of the “Part A Project Final Report” 2023-11-02, Category: Programme news

We would like to inform that the updated versions of the Supplement to the Programme Manuals and the template of the “Part A Project Final Report”, approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on the 30th of June 2023, are available for downloading in the "For Beneficiaries” – “Documents for Beneficiaries" tab.

Please be informed that the amendments, which have been introduced to the Supplement to the Programme Manuals, are mainly aimed at simplification of the reporting procedures for the final reports to be submitted by the Polish beneficiaries (e.g. cancellation of the necessity of submitting the consolidated final report in case the Polish Lead Beneficiary is the only Polish beneficiary in the project). Also, the document’s modifications introduce some flexibility in terms of eligibility rules, e.g. possibility of exceeding the planned costs of the budget line(s) if the planned costs of the main budget heading containing the given line(s) are not exceeded (that flexibility does not apply to the Staff costs as well as Administrative costs).

Following the amendments introduced by “Supplement no. 4 to the Programme Manuals related to suspension of the Financing Agreement”, the template of the “Part A Project Final Report” was modified accordingly.
