The project partners continue cooperation established within the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Programme 2007-2013. They plan to gain common objectives within the new project, aimed at contributing to the preservation and promotion of cultural and historical heritage of cross-border region. The aim is to make cultural exchange more accessible and exciting for visitors. In order to achieve it the partners decided to implement restoration and construction works in the building of “The Friedland Gate” Museum. Partners also plan to create open spaces in both museums. Moreover, construction and adaptation works within internal spaces are foreseen. A significant joint activity is a production of the film, which is a part of the permanent exhibitions of both museums. To achieve the objectives of the project it is set to apply a systemic integrated approach, combining the implementation of project activities and managing and coordinating actions with a use of partners experience and constant communication.
