We would like to invite non-governmental organizations, socio-economic partners and municipal authorities to submit offers for the most interesting local initiatives regarding the European Funds.

We would like to invite Programme beneficiaries to take part in the European Funds Open Days (EFOD), the largest event presenting projects co-financed by the European Union budget in Poland. This year, EFOD will take place between 10th and 12th May 2019 under the title "Diversity of Poland". This year's EFOD edition will be accompanied by the celebration of the 15th anniversary of Poland’s membership in the European Union. Many events such as concerts, picnics and outdoor cinemas will be one of many elements of the celebration of 15th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the European Union.

The Joint Technical Secretariat and the Managing Authority of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 welcomed a CBC Expert from the Managing Authority of the Kolarctic Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 for study visit on exchange of practices between EU-Russia ENI CBC Programmes. The visit was organised with support of TAIEX REGIO PEER 2 PEER Programme.

On 27 March 2019, in Gusev, the representatives of the Administration of Gusev Municipality had a meeting with the representatives of the Voivodeship Road Administration from Olsztyn. During the meeting, a partnership agreement was signed for the Large Infrastructure Project "Construction of the new route of the regional road No. 512 with the construction of the bridge over the Łyna River in Bartoszyce” that will be implemented within the Poland-Russia Programme 2014-2020.

Please be informed that the Partnership Agreement and Grant Contract have been updated. New versions of the documents are available on the Programme website, in the section “For beneficiaries – documents for beneficiaries”. The previous versions of the documents were transferred to the section “For beneficiaries – archive”.

We would like to encourage you to take part in the # 15latWMwUE competition, organised by the Self-government of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship, which is addressed to the secondary-school students.

We would like to invite you to participate in the second edition of the Polish Culture Festival, that will be held on 26-27 April 2019 at the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad. The main aim of the event is to promote Polish culture, tourism and education.

The contest organised by the European Commission RegioStars 2019 has just started. If your project received co-financing from the European Union, it is innovative and demonstrates new approaches in regional development – this competition is for you!

We would like to encourage you to take part in the 10th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region in Gdańsk on 12-13 June 2019 and to participate and propose seminars for the event. All proposals should be submitted to the organiser via e-mail: 10thAnnualForum@pomorskie.eu till 15th February 2019.

On 17-18 January, the meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Poland-Russia Programme took place in Svetlogorsk (Russia). The main purpose of this meeting was an approval of the projects submitted within the 1st Call for Proposals in TO3 “Heritage”.
