On 18-19 June 2019, the Annual Event of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 took place at the Radisson Hotel in Kaliningrad. The event was organised during the Partner Regions Forum, which takes place in Kaliningrad every year.

On 12-13 June 2019 in the Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdansk, the 10th Annual Strategy Forum of the European Union for the Baltic Sea Region, took place. It was hosted by the Office of the Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship together with the Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation in close cooperation with the European Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.

On 11 June 2019, the first grant contract for co-financing the implementation of the Large Infrastructure Project "Construction of the new route of the regional road No. 512 with the construction of the bridge over the Łyna River in Bartoszyce" was signed in Bartoszyce.

On 15th May 2019, following the decision of the European Commission, the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 officially enters its implementation phase and contracting of the projects can be started. The Ministry of Investment and Economic Development of Poland was successfully designated as the Managing Authority of the Programme.

On 10-11 May 2019, the bike ride “Europe Day with the cross-border cooperation programmes: Poland-Russia and South Baltic” was held.

On behalf of the Managing Authority of the Programme 2014-2020 and the Kaliningrad Region Authorities, we would like to invite you to the Annual Event of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020, which will take place on 18-19 June 2019 in Kaliningrad, during the 9th Kaliningrad Partner Regions Forum.

On 26 April 2019 at the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad, the conference "Promotion of the local culture within the Poland-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020" was held. The event was organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Programme within the Polish Culture Festival, which took place on 26-27 April 2019. Over 50 participants from Poland and Russia took part in this event.

To celebrate the Europe Day and 15th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the EU, the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 together with the Joint Secretariat of the South Baltic Programme and the Association of Active Tourism Center "KOŁODROM" is very pleased to invite you to a Bike Ride “Europe Day with the cross-border cooperation programmes: Poland-Russia and South Baltic”, which will take place on 10-11 May 2019.

We kindly inform that the new versions of Partnership Agreement and Grant Contract were translated into national languages and are available in relevant national languages, in the section “Documents for beneficiaries”, in the tab “For beneficiaries”.

On 8-9 April 2019, the 5th European Congress of Local Governments was held in Kraków. More than 2 thousand participants from all over the world took part in the event.
