Pomysł na projekt (w języku angielskim)

We are looking for a partner from Russia to the project. Priority 1- Cooperation in the field of preservation and cross-border development of historical, natural and cultural heritage. The aim of the project is to protect biodiversity and ecosystems in Warmia and Mazury (Olsztynski Subregion) and in the Kaliningrad region. The project anticipates the following activities: 1. Education (workshops) of local communities in the areas covered by the project on the state and threats to biodiversity and ecosystems. 2. Education (Workshops) on the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems. 3. Education about threats to ecosystems and biodiversity resulting from climate change and invasive species. 4. Training of social leaders in the protection of biodiversity and ecosysytes (theoretical and practical) and their activities in the form of volunteering monitoring the state of the environment. 5. Issuing bulletins and local news covered by the subject of the project. 6. Education of children and adolescents in the field of protection of biodiversity and ecosystems in schools. 7. Promoting the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems in local communities through ecological picnics, study visits locally and across borders, films and publications from the project implementation, reports on the state of biodiversity in the areas covered by the project.
