Construction of bicycle paths complementing the R-10 route network. • construction of a bicycle path linking Wladyslawowo with the village of Łebcz in the Puck municipality about 5 km long linking the main route R-10 from Puck to Wladyslawowo; • construction of a bicycle path linking Karwia village with the R-10 route in Ostrowo, about 2 km long along the Blackwater River embankment; • construction of a bicycle stop in Karwia village. The transport accessibility of the planned route R-10 in the Władysławowo Commune is partly related to the occurrence of locomotives with other cycling routes. Thanks to these connections, cyclists can continue their cycling journey also in directions departing from the route. In the context of transport connections, a well-developed road network within the boundaries of the municipality is also crucial. The proximity of the cycling route to provincial roads (DW 216), county and municipal roads leads to the possibility of getting tourists to the parking place, leaving the car there and continuing the bike journey.
